綜合外電3月22日報道，Arrow能源公司(Arrow Energy Ltd)22日表示，已經同意作價34.4億澳元將大部分澳大利亞資產出售給荷蘭皇家殼牌公司(Royal Dutch Shell PLC)以及中石油(PetroChina Co)。
