"The upcoming November 13th Scorpio Solar Eclipse catches several of the key charts very uncomfortably. The ECB (European Central Bank) and modern Spain both have a Scorpio Midheaven which the November 22 degree Scorpio Solar Eclipse will conjunct – so giving them a crisis of direction. Several of the other EU Central Banks’ charts will also be affected most notably the US Federal Reserve Bank with its 23 degree Scorpio Sun. As well as the Bundesbank, Bank of Italy, and in a more minor way the Bank of England.
It’s all rolling towards a much nastier mess late this year into 2013."
