【蘋果日報訊】全港五大總警區已就種票事件展開調查，首宗被踢爆懷疑種票案的美孚新邨 1屋 13票單位，由茂名市政協梁平持有，他背後的動員網絡原來是親中的同鄉會。本報發現，梁平擔任董事的「香港茂名同鄉總會」，有多名董事申報地址或有同名選民登記在美孚新邨單位，其中該會主席劉劍明更是與內地統戰部及建制派關係密切的社團人士。曾公開支持民建聯黃達東的茂名同鄉會，種票嫌疑極大。

美孚南選區與茂名同鄉會關係千絲萬縷，該區當選的民建聯黃達東的選舉廣告，其中一張 11月初印製的傳單羅列支持他的團體和人士，包括「茂名同鄉會」。記者查冊，沒發現「茂名同鄉會」的社團註冊，但有一家「香港茂名同鄉總會有限公司」，註冊公司董事之一正是梁平。該公司另外兩位董事劉劍明和何惠娟，申報的地址亦在美孚新村

「今次梁平一定甩到身，佢唔會有嘢，有人會罩住佢。」捲入「 1屋 7姓 13票」種票案的「劏房大王」梁平，一夜曝光後，火速「逃」回廣東茂名家鄉，而他身邊的友人，則堅信他為國家做事，有中港兩地官員撐腰，所以一定平安無事。


結交統戰部　內地發財
梁平 30年前來港定居， 20年前在深水埗收購唐樓間劏房，賺得第一桶金，他曾自詡在深水埗每條街都有其物業，在全港有逾千個物業收租。
這除了有靈活的生意頭腦外，尚要有足夠的人脈關係。據熟識他的人透露，梁在深水埗大肆發展時，結交不少江湖上的勢力人士，幫他在收樓時解決難題，大家夥拍搵食。至今，梁經營貿易、酒吧生意，亦預埋不少曾經幫過他的老友一份，可見關係深厚。
梁在深水埗橫掃唐樓，成為劏房大王後，近年轉戰內地，靠的又是結交朋友，這一次是得到統戰官員青睞，而他不辭勞苦奔走粵港兩地，為國家做事，更使他在內地的生意蒸蒸日上，真正發達。同時，他又靠着內地官員的關係，返港結交權貴，當中與一名李姓高官甚為投緣，雙方不時相約見面。在家鄉茂名及廣東多個地區投資房地產，包括中山「名爵觀園」溫泉別墅商住區，以及珠海五星酒店等，投資均數以十億元計。
不過，手法粗疏的種票計謀近日「東窗事發」，捲入事件的梁平舉家搬離美孚。有接近他的人士稱，他（梁平）是返鄉謀對策，稍後便會返港，屆時定會有人罩住他，事件終會不了了之
