北京時間5月11日晚間消息，據國外媒體報道，新加坡政府投資基金淡馬錫(Temasek)與中國厚樸基金管理公司(Hopu Investment Management)將以近10億美元的價格收購美國天然氣生產商獨立能源部分股份。
這兩家亞洲最為活躍的投資基金已經達成協定，購買紐約上市公司獨立能源(Chesapeake Energy) 價值6億美元的可轉換優先股。
據知情人士透露，淡馬錫購入了5億美元可轉換優先股，而厚樸持有其餘股票。
